Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus to Have 6 Inch Display and 8GB RAM

Samsung, the South Korean tech giant is coming with a big display smartphone. Current reports hints that Samsung will launch 6-inch Galaxy S8 Plus Smartphone with amazing specs and features. Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus is also expected to arrive with 8GB of RAM as Samsung has released 6GB RAM in one of its smartphones released this year.

According to MK News, it is reported that the Galaxy S8 Plus variant will feature a 6-inch display. The screen is expected to be bigger than the unfortunate model Galaxy Note 7. It is also reported that Samsung has taken advantage of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays to enhance screen quality and to maintain smartphone size.

Samsung is reportedly making it a standard feature on its upcoming flagship devices. Both the Galaxy S8 variants will reportedly feature dual-edged curved display with QHD resolution and has decided to put the stylus pen but decided not to mount it. This will be an option to maintain the existing strategy of releasing the Galaxy S series in the first half and the Galaxy Note series in the second half.

Apart from hardware, Samsung is actively working in Software as well. Samsung plans to bring AI into its new Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus which will user to interact with the mobile through voice commands.

Goldman Sachs said in a recent report, "Samsung Electronics is expected to increase its Galaxy S8 specification while introducing AI-based digital assistant system." The price of raw materials is expected to rise by 15-20% compared to the Galaxy S7. "

According to a tipster on Weibo, it is hinted that new Samsung Galaxy S8 variants will feature a GB RAM (made using 10nm fabrication technology) and a newer UFS 2.1 flash storage chip.

Samsung Galaxy S8 is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 SoC or Exynos 8895 chipset, depending upon the region. Storage variants set to be offered are 128GB and 256GB, 4,200mAh battery with wireless charging capabilities, a 16-megapixel snapper with RGB sensor, and an 8-megapixel snapper with monochrome sensor.
