New Huawei Smartphone Spotted On TENAA; Sports 5.2-Inch QHD Display, Android N And More

A new device from Huawei has been certified by TENAA recently with a model number DUK-TL30. It is likely that the device may be launched as Honor V9 at the upcoming MWC 2017. The handset comes with flagship specifications with some high-end hardware. 

Looking at the device, we can expect it to be the successor of the Honor V8, which was launched last year. According to the previous leaks, Huawei is now planning to launch its flagship device in the P series that could be the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus on 26th of February at MWC, Phone Radar reported.

According to the listing, which was noted by GSM Arena, the Honor DUK-TL30 will come with a 5.7-inch TFT QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and expected to come with dual SIM support. Under the hood it have 2.4GHz octa-core processor which can be a Kirin 960 SoC from Huawei, and it will be accompanied by a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory that could further be extended via microSD card.

It will come out of the box with the latest Android 7.0 Nougat. There is a dual rear camera setup on the rear with 12MP with a 2MP camera. On front side there is a 8MP camera for video calling and selfies. Device has 3900mAh battery and it will also be a 4G LTE variant with VoLTE, GPS, Infrared, GPS, Bluetooth, USB and other options.

The handset measures 157 mm × 77.5 mm × 6.97 mm and weights 184 grams. It will also have many other sensors, which are essential for automation of the device. There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear which will come with advance security features to enhance the security levels in the smartphone; the handset will be available in a Gold colour variant.

Huawei is going to hold press event for Feb. 26 at the MWC 2017 where its CEO will reportedly "share Huawei's latest innovations and exciting advances." We will wait to see if the mystery handset debuts at the event.
