'High School Musical 4' Release Date & News Update: Rumored 'ZaNessa' Reunion Impossible

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens broke up since 2010 but it seems that their fans have not yet to move on although seven years have already passed. The two are still being linked to each other despite reports suggesting that a "ZaNessa" reunion is very unlikely to happen in the upcoming Disney's "High School Musical 4" movie.

The alleged reunion rumors of the then-couple rooted from Hudgens' recent cover collaboration with her real-life best friend and "High School Musical" lead co-star, Ashley Tisdale. The video uploaded via YouTube in Tisdale's personal channel went viral carrying the anticipation that they might be possibly seen in the upcoming "High School Musical 4" movie very soon.

In the uploaded YouTube video, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale performed an unplugged version of Elle King's classic song titled "Ex's and Oh's" which effortlessly gained praises from fans, according to Korea Portal.

But maybe the reunion is indeed too good to be true as Hudgens has already made it clear to Entertainment Tonight that she has other projects to attend to such as the "Powerless," a new DC Comics non-superhero TV series.

"Things are a little busy right now with Powerless, but somewhere down the line it would be so much fun," the actress stated.

The "ZaNessa" began to surface again earlier of last year when Zac Efron broke up with Sami Miro, his girlfriend for two years. Allegedly, Efron phoned Hudgens who is currently attached to her longtime boyfriend, Austin Butler. Thus, it was insiders reported that Zac trying to win Vanessa back again as he allegedly loves his former girlfriend until now.

Of course, these are just hopeful rumors since neither Zac Efron nor Vanessa Hudgens has confirmed anything are obviously satisfied with their career and separate lives.
