Fans are already very excited for the upcoming Microsoft Surface Pro 5. Reports have it that it will be out in April along with Windows 10. Here are the details of the anticipated gadget.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 was initially expected to arrive during the Mobil eWorld Congress. Unfortunately, to the dismay of many, the hybrid tablet was nowhere to be found. The new prospect release date is in April during the Windows 10 Creators Update event, TNH Online reported.

Microsoft reportedly decided to suspend the release date of Surface Pro 5 because all major companies unveiled their flagship on t he said event. The company allegedly wanted the world to pay attention when they release Surface Pro 5.

However, fans should still take this report with a grain of salt as other sources claimed that Microsoft Surface Pro 5 might not be ready until October. The company released Surface Pro 4 in the said month, so if the trend continues then probably consumers have to wait until the fourth quarter of the year.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is expected to feature the Intel Kaby Lake Core i7 processor. The new chip will improve the device's overall performance and save battery life as well. It will also be equipped with 16GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage. However, this is still unconfirmed as some sources claim that the device will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 365 processor, per Droid Report.

Aside from its impressive specs, Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will come with a rechargeable Surface Pen, new keyboard base and a lightweight aluminum body. Reports are rife that it will also have a 12.3-inch ultra HD/4K display, USB Type-C support and a robust battery life.

The reports about Surface Pro 5 are quite impressive. However, readers should take this report with a grain of salt until Microsoft confirmed it.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is expected to compete directly with Samsung Galaxy Book. Stay tuned for more news and updates about your favorite gadgets.
