iPhone 8 News & Update: New Concept Video Reveals Edgeless OLED Display!

Prior to the release of the anticipated iPhone 8, a new clip of the alleged phone uploaded on YouTube featured a seamless and impressive edgeless OLED display. According to ConceptsiPhone who uploaded the over a minute video the new design of the iPhone 8 has no buttons. It is an OLED All-screen with three different models and wireless charging.

However, per Yahoo! Tech, it remains a concern if Apple will embed the Touch ID sensor into the OLED display itself given that there are no buttons on the phone. Some users suggest that the developers add it at the back of the device instead. Also, there are conflicting reports whether the next iPhone will be called iPhone 8 or iPhone Edition.

These concerns will remain unanswered until Apple confirms it. The company is expected to mass produce the next-gen iPhone in August, a month ahead of its September launch. Many believe that the phone will be short of supply after its launch. Hence, the need for mass production.

iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus are reportedly on track for its September release. Initially, there were rumors that iPhone 8 is constrained. Things are reportedly not looking good for the redesigned iPhone due to complexity. Thus, it might be delayed.

However, a Twitter with username @OnLeaks, who reportedly has a good track record in his bio debunked the reports suggesting the delay of the anticipated phone. Apple's iPhone 8 is reportedly still on track for the September launch.

In another post, he added that the mass production for iPhone 8 has already started. The DVT started in April while the DVT will start between June and July. Final mass production is scheduled in August.
