"Star Wars: Forces of Destiny" trailer has just been released as Disney channel commits to another two specials each in a 30-minute long show. The target schedule of shows starts on Oct 1 and another before the month ends, with never-before-seen materials that will surely satisfy each viewer of the short stories.

A total of eight never-before-seen segments will be distributed to these two short specials on top of a compilation of the popular animated shorts that have already been released that feature Rey (Daisy Ridley), Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), Sabine Wren (Tiya Sircar), Princess Leia (Shelby Young), Ahsoka Tano (Ashley Eckstein), and Padmé Amidala (Catherine Taber).

In a report from SlashFilm characters like Han Solo, Hera Syndulla, Finn, Maz Kanata and a lot more will appear on the short special as such Star Wars alums like John Boyega, Matt Lanter, and Lupita Nyong'o will be back as their voiceover. "Star Wars: Forces of Destiny" revolves around the female characters in the Star Wars universe but it is more than that. As emphasized by Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, these short specials show the bravery and superb fighting skills in spite of being a female, that is why, for those who cannot appreciate their roles as they were overcast by their male co-stars, these specials will bring themselves dignity.

Also, there's no reason to doubt these short specials as the stories of Star Wars always follow a pattern in the Lucasfilm Story Group, it is just telling a short story out of the big screen content. As reported by Superherohype, these compilations of never-before-seen will show how choices both big and small have shaped the destinies of Star Wars' beloved characters. The first half-hour special premieres on Sunday, October 1 (8:00 p.m. ET/PT) followed by the second on Sunday, October 29 (8:00 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney Channel and the Disney Channel App.

The first batch of eight installments of short films debuted on Disney's YouTube page first and was eventually collected into a TV special of their own; this time these new shorts will debut on Disney Channel specials followed by on its Disney YouTube.
