It's a little over a month until the release date of Katy Perry's third studio album "Prism." With the release of her music video for "Roar" happening yesterday, it was hard to imagine much more "Prism" teasing going down this week, but Perry proved her fans wrong when she appeared on "Good Morning America" today (Sept. 6) to reveal the album artwork for her new album.

The follow-up to 2010's "Teenage Dream" was originally going to feature darker twists and turns than heard from the pop star, but then Perry claimed that she found the optimism in her life, and this is reflected in the cover for "Prism." A naturally made-up Perry stares softly into the camera, while a faded rainbow reflects across the left side of the cover. A floral border surrounds the photograph of Perry.

For those who were unable to see the unveiling on "Good Morning America," Perry tweeted out the artwork to her 42 million followers on Twitter.

For "Prism," Perry worked with some of her old favorites. Her frequent collaborators Bonnie McKee ("Teenage Dream," "Last Friday Night"), Dr. Luke ("I Kissed A Girl," "The One That Got Away") and Max Martin ("E.T.," "California Gurls") have all produced or written on "Prism."

Confirmed song titles include: "Dark Horse," "Double Rainbow," "Walking On Air," "Love Me" and "By The Grace of God."

Perry released the music video for her first "Prism" single "Roar" yesterday. The jungle-themed clip shows the singer battling it out with tigers and befriending wild animals. Check it out below.

"Prism" will be released on Oct. 22.
