The rumors surrounding Selena Gomez and Union J member George Shelley have calmed down over the last month or so and the "Come and Get it" songstress might have revealed the reason why. Apparently the two were pretty flirty earlier this year, but after Gomez invited Shelley to call her, he didn't!

By now, we should all know that George Shelley voiced his crush on Gomez back in the spring of 2013, which led Selena to send the singer a video message asking him to give her a call next time she's in England.

George seemed excited about this video, later exclaiming that he and Selena were sending text messages to each other, but this new claim from Gomez has us all worried about these pop stars becoming a couple.

During a Twitter Q&A session on Capital FM, the Stars Dance songstress was asked whom she would like to receive a DM from. She took the opportunity to send a message to George, instead.

Selena explained: "Well since I'm here I'm actually very offended that George didn't call me from Union J. I'm offended, I'm actually offended...I was like 'come on'."

"In an interview he said he liked me so when I came over here they had me do a little video for him and I said to give me a call," she recapped.

Gomez and George reportedly spent the night together during the "Stars Dance" tour, resulting in even more rumors. But it looks like that wasn't the case.
