Liam Payne 'Fat' on Twitter: One Direction hunk is working on his six pack ahead of 2014's 'Where We Are' world stadium tour

Last week, a huge controversy started on Twitter after someone called One Direction's Liam Payne fat. The active, buff pop star is in fact not overweight and responded jokingly to the comment. His fans on Twitter responded emotionally. Either way, a new interview with Payne reveals that he's actually working on his six pack so maybe stop calling him fat?

"We've been working out a bit," Payne told Heat in regards to the upcoming "Where We Are" world stadium tour. "I try and push myself a bit more every day. But there's definitely no six pack at the mo. Working on it."

Listen Liam; we know you don't have to prove to us that you're not fat. Don't push yourself too hard!

Earlier this week, a fan reached out to Louis Tomlinson about this strange weight issue with Liam, and the Doncaster crooner responded!

A fan sent Louis a direct message, to which the Midnight Memories singer responded with a nice statement of admiration for One Direction fans.

"Hey Louis can you please tell Liam to stop listening to all the bullsh** on Twitter and that actual fans aren't saying these things," the Directioner wrote. "None of it's true and I hate that it hurts him."

Louis responded: "Don't worry love we know what to believe and we now you guys support us. You don't realize how much we f***ing love you guys!"
