With fall shows coming back into season, fans are excited to see what characters will be adding to their favorite shows. American Horror Story is no exception. A leaked call sheet confirms that producers are bringing back ... drum role please ... Pepper!

For months now the AHS rumors have been floating around, but now Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that the Asylum character will appear in season four. The Briarcliff patient played by Naomi Grossman will give her Freak Show fans a run for their money.

'She is in this [season]," co-creator Ryan Murphy confirms to EW.

Pepper is a microcephalic woman that has been committed to Briarcliff Manor. She is a character in Asylum portrayed by Naomi Grossman. "What Elsa has done for 20 years is she goes around to hospitals and jails and rescues these 'freak' circus performers who are going to be shipped away to asylums and she signs the waivers and she becomes their guardians," Murphy explains.

This season of AHS takes place 12 years before the event of the Asylum. Murphy continues, "It's sort of like what happened to Pepper before she went to the asylum."

Grossman is most known for her role as Pepper, however, she also wrote, produced, and starred in Carnival Knowledge: Love, Lust, and other Human Oddities which won her recognition. The theater actress also toured with Girl in Argentine Landscape. She is a theatre graduate from Northwestern University and a member of the Groundlings Sunday Company.

In the new season, fans have this to look forward to: a bearded woman, a woman with three breasts, a woman with two heads, Michael Chiklis flexing his strong muscles, Angela Bassett showing off her cleavage, and the world's smallest woman.

American Horror Story: Freak Show premieres Oct. 8 p.m. on FX.
