Say hello to mommy! New Girl returns tonight for an all-new episode and this week Jessica Day has to deal with a possible new stepmom as her dad Bob (played by Rob Reiner) brings his latest girlfriend to her house.

Even though Jess is usually supportive of her father dating, this time is different.

So who is the new girlfriend? It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's Kaitlin Olson! Olson will play Ashley, a much younger woman that Jess does not get along with.

According to E! Online, Jess is unhappy with Ashley dating her father for two reasons. "Ashley went to high school with Jess and is the same age as Jess," the publication reported. Plus, Ashley was loose in high school and things haven't changed.

Unfortunately, it might be too late for Jess' opinion to matter... because Bob and Ashley are engaged! According to TV Line, Ashley won't be a one-time guest star; she will be featured in more episodes later on this season as well. Even though Ashley was a terrible person in high school, according to Jess and Cece, she thinks they are all on good terms.

"The way I was playing it was more that Cece and Jess knew her in high school. My character was a grade or two older. So I played it like I kind of remembered them, but not really, which is super insulting," Kaitlin told TV Line.

"She was just kind of a whore in high school. But like any great TV show or character, there's misunderstandings going on, and you'll get to the bottom of it" Kaitlin explained about her New Girl character.

So why does Bob like Ashley, besides the fact that she young and pretty? "She's not out to use him for anything. She genuinely loves him and thinks he's great and thinks he has an amazing singing voice - which he does not. They're in love. They're truly in love," she told the publication.

Tune in tonight to see how Jess deals with the new woman in her father's life. Plus, what will Cece do to help her through it?
