It must be great to be a 30-year-old billionaire. With it comes buying property anywhere you want.

Facebook's founder Mark Zuckerberg has spent more then $100 million to obtain and create a private 700-acre preserve for his family on Kauai's North Shore, sources confirm to Forbes.

The young billionaire has reportedly bought two adjacent areas of land; one is Pila'a Beach, a 393-acre land with pristine white sand. On September 12 records show that an entity paid $49.8 million of a 89.2 percent stake.

The second purchase is Kahu'aina Plantation, a 357-acre former sugarcane plantation that has been off the market for years. In Hawaiian, Kahu'aina means "Steward of the land." Or taking ownership — and taking care — of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The land is set on dramatic cliffs along scenic shorelines of Kauai.

Get this, the Kahu'aina land is also home to many Hollywood films such as Jurassic Park, South Pacific, Tropic Thunder and many more!

According to the Kna-Kauai website and fact sheet regarding the property, "Buyers may build the master planned development, a community of larger estates, or a beachfront family estate as a legacy property with embedded entitlements." It also states the terms of privacy on the property, "Kahu'aina Plantation may be the last large beachfront parcel developed on Kaua'i. The seller invested significant financial resources over seven years of diligent planning to satisfy all development requirements. This provides extremely high barriers to entry and affords protection from competition."

Forbes reports that Zuckerberg has purchased the two massive lands for his family. Zuckerberg has three sisters, Randi, Donna and Arielle. His father Edward Zuckerberg is a dentist and his mother Karen Kempner is a psychiatrist. He married his college sweetheart Priscilla Chan in 2012.
