It's the last week of the NFL regular season! The San Diego Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs battle for a spot in the playoffs at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri this Sunday, December 28 at 1p.m. EST for the last regular season week of 2014 NFL football. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of Sunday's football game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

Wrapping-up the 2014 regular season, the Chargers will look to injured quarterback Philip Rivers to propel them to the playoffs. The Chiefs, meanwhile, will be relying on backup QB Chase Daniel after starter Alex Smith was ruled out of the game with a lacerated spleen

The Chargers are sitting right near the top of Matt Miller's official NFL power rankings for Bleacher Report, hanging at the No. 12 position with a 9-6 record, while the Chiefs sit 16th with their 8-7 record.

Of the Chargers, in his power rankings Miller points out

"Down 28-7 at halftime and with Philip Rivers battling a back injury, the San Diego Chargers could have limped through the second half and let their playoff hopes die in San Francisco. But Mike McCoy's team put on a show instead, fighting its way back to force overtime. After a 49ers fumble on the first possession in overtime, a San Diego field goal won the game."

"With the rival Kansas City Chiefs remaining in Week 17, the Chargers' playoff hopes are still alive."

As for the home team Chiefs, Miller says

"With the playoffs a slim possibility at best for the Chiefs, this week was crucial. Now Week 17 becomes about playing for a win, hoping for help and trying to avoid the offseason. But this week was more of the same for Andy Reid's team, as the passing game struggled and the secondary had no answer for the matchup of the speed and size the Steelers offer at wide receiver. It's easy to say wide receiver and defensive back will be high on the Chiefs' offseason wish list."

"Winning in Week 17 against San Diego is a must for the Chiefs, and they'll be watching other AFC teams and hoping for upsets to keep their playoff hopes alive."

The game will be broadcast live on CBS, but fans can also listen in on the radio or stream the broadcast at KLSD-AM XTRA 1360, Mighty 1090, 101 The Fox, 810 WHB, and Chiefs Radio Network
