Jeremy Renner's wife Sonni Pacheco has filed for divorce only 10 months after the couple were allegedly married. The Avengers: Age Of Ultron and The Bourne Legacy star and Pacheco met while Renner was filming Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and reportedly wed in secret earlier this year. The pair have a daughter, Ava Berlin, who was born in 2013. Pacheco has reportedly filed for divorce from the two-time Oscar nominee (for The Hurt Locker and The Town) and upcoming star of Mission Impossible 5, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to TMZ, the split is shaping up to be "nasty," saying that Pacheco is demanding "spousal support" as well as custody of their daughter Ava. You can imagine that's where the "nasty" comes in, with Renner only yesterday instagramming picture of Ava's baby piano and the caption saying "The BEST part of my day begins with you #xmaseverymorning #lazysunday."

Pacheco is also reportedly "looking to use the Range Rover until the smoke clears, and for Renner to pony up her rent and moving expenses."

But it's also gotten a little strange, as USA Today report, "According to documents, Pacheco is now asking that Renner return her allegedly stolen passport, birth certificate and Social Security card."

They also add that Renner's soon-to-be-ex wife Pacheco is "claiming her prenuptial agreement with Renner should be voided because of "fraud," but she isn't specific about why or how he was fraudulent."

As USA Today said back in September, Renner is "insanely private and very savvy about what he reveals."

Two-time Oscar nominee Renner later also talked to USA Today about his privacy, saying: "I'm like a ninja. What do you know about me? Nothing," the movie star said. "I don't show anything. Personal is personal. It was different when it was myself and I to deal with. I didn't have to worry about too many things. I have a family now. I worry about my family being affected by my plight. I won't be able to live a normal life, but at least my family can. I'm very protective. I want to keep my life as anonymous as possible."

Renner will reprise his role as Hawkeye in the upcoming Avengers sequel, The Avengers: Age of Ultron. Watch the trailer below.
