Excited about Jim Harbaugh going to Michigan? Oh, Michigan is too. Very excited. So excited that the school is already reissuing Harbaugh's jerseys for sale, 27 years after he played his final game for them, according to ESPN.

Harbaugh was introduced yesterday as the new Michigan head coach after four seasons with the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL. He played at the school from 1983–1986 and was drafted in 1987 in the first round.

Not only does he bring exceptional, next-level experience and a huge name to Michigan, but Harbaugh also offers the school a major marketing opportunity: homegrown kid returns for one of the most lucrative contracts in NCAA history. There will be pressure on Harbaugh, but Michigan got its guy and now it's looking to profit from it.

Obviously Harbaugh won't wear a jersey on the sideline. But you can wear his old one for a price.

Harbaugh wore number 4 at Michigan and of course, other players have too. But he's being hailed as the savior of the program that has lost 42 games since 2008.

And hope sells.

But of course, the school wouldn't admit that it's intending to profit on such an extremely obvious profitable situation. Because, of course it wouldn't.

"We do a custom jersey program with any number and a name on the back, and there have been several orders," Scott Hirth, the M-Den's co-owner, told mlive.com. "Name and number is not something we do for a current or former players, so customers have just been ordering No. 4 jerseys. We won't do any combination of a current or former player's name and jersey number, like the No. 21 with 'Howard' on the back."

Dude, it's hanging right there in the window! We see it! Of course they're ordering it!
