'Person Of Interest' Season 4 Spoilers: Will Jim Caviezel, Michael Emerson Lose Their "Karma?" [WATCH]

Ahead of tonight's all-new episode, CBS has released a sneak peek clip from Season 4 of Person of Interest. With Team Machine dwindling in numbers, are Finch (Michael Emerson), and Reese (Jim Caviezel) willing to work side by side with another vigilante in 'Karma?'

As we previously mentioned, Samaritan has been kidnapping civilians and experimenting on them with neural implants. After last seen in the cliff-hanging If-Then-Else, we discovered Shaw (Sarah Shahi) is still alive, but lying on a hospital bed. In the room by her side is the mysterious Mr. Greer, who is holding her hostage. Shaw's last line is, "If this is the afterlife, this kinda sucks."

In our recent recap, while Root (Amy Acker) is undercover on a new mission, Reese found himself protecting a small time grifter from the Brotherhood. Dominic (Winston Duke) has discovered a way to launder his money through the internet, using video gamers to do his bidding. Before Harper disappeared, Dominic offered her a chance to join his side.

According to IMDB, the plot synopsis follows Reese and Finch as they try to protect a psychologist. Outside of work, the psychologist's unorthodox methods for helping his patients find closure could cost him dearly. Meanwhile, Finch's flashbacks reveal his fragile state just days after the bombing that killed his best friend, Nathan Ingram..

As we mentioned before, Shaw's character was written off the show because in real life, The L Word actress was pregnant. Entertainment Tonight reports Shahi and husband Steve Howey (Shameless) welcomed twins, daughter Violet Moon and son Knox Blue. They are also parents to 5-year-old son, William Wolf.
