This weekend we learned the official title of the summer 2015 blockbuster that has been known only as Mission: Impossible 5 since it was announced almost 2 years ago. Starring Tom Cruise and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, we can now call this new chapter of the spy film franchise Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation. Much like Ghost Protocol, Ethan Hunt is operating outside of his usual jurisdiction, with even more at stake! Jeremy Renner, Alec Baldwin, Sean Harris and Simon Pegg also star. You can watch the movie's first exciting teaser and extended, full-length trailers below!

Although this first video we're sharing with you is considered a teaser trailer, it runs about a minute long and is full of plenty of plot details and action. Just as we're sure the film will do this summer in theaters, M:I 5 is putting a lot of films to shame already! Even though that could have been a great trailer to hold us off for a few weeks, Cruise and company debuted the extended trailer basically right after the teaser, allowing us more enjoyment and detail! The new flick finds Hunt's highly effective but destructive Impossible Mission Force (IMF) disbanded by vengeful Washington bureaucrats such as the CIA chief (played by Alec Baldwin). But Hunt pulls his team together (Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames and newcomer Rebecca Ferguson) to battle the shadowy force known as "The Syndicate" and its elusive leader (Sean Harris).
