Matt Barnes, Memphis Grizzlies Swingman, Posts Lengthy Instagram Derek Fisher Rant

For some, 2015 was a good year (like Adele, for example). For others, it was a year to forget; it's just life. Unfortunately, for Matt Barnes, it was the latter of the two. The Memphis Grizzlies swingman endured a roller-coaster year that saw him traded, involved in his fair share of lady issues, and caught up in a feud with a former teammate and current coach in the NBA. What's a guy to do in that situation when the end of December rolls around? Take to Instagram, of course.

Barnes took to social media to post a lengthy rant about his trying 2015 year. He began:

"Thank God For 2016! 2015 hands down was the worst year of my life! * *Lost the women I loved,the mother of my kids, my Dogg.. I had to walk away from the only thing I've wanted, MY OWN FAMILY! "They call that karma" *To being traded away from a team & city I love! "They call that the business" *Lied on by a pop star Who's lucky I stuck to the script & didn't expose her lien ass Funny thing about texts & pics is they DONT LIE! "I Guess" "They call that getting played" *Last BUT NOT LEAST... Being stuck in the "triangle offense" w my ex & snitch, I mean former teammate & friend.. Who went behind my back, messed w my ex, got caught, got dealt w for being a snake, then ran & told the Police & NBA.. Instead of taken that ass whoopin like a man & kept it moving...."

The NBA actually suspended Barnes for two games for a physical altercation with New York Knicks coach Derek Fisher, a former friend and teammate. The altercation reportedly took place at the home of Barnes' estranged wife in Southern California in October, who Fisher may be involved with. The Knicks head coach had flown out to California to see Gloria Govan (Barnes' estranged wife). Barnes' took exception to it and a "altercation" ensued.

Along with being suspended, Barnes lost about $64,000 in salary.
