Did Beyonce and Jay Z steal "Drunk In Love"? That's the claim from a Hungarian singer named Mitsou, who is suing the couple, as well as producer Timbaland, for the use of her voice as an uncredited a cappella sample for the first 13 seconds of "Drunk In Love", and then used in conjunction with both Beyonce and Jay Z's voices for "over one and a half minutes" of the five and half minute tune. After learning that "Love & Hip Hop New York" star Yandy Smith was expecting her second child with fiance and co-star Mendecees Harris, "MStars News" has also learned what the expecting mom may name her daughter. According to Madame Noire, Yandy is in love with her last name, and it just may be the name of her little girl. "I love the name 'Smith,'" Yandy stated, "which is my last name, but he is very big on names that have meaning. His whole family has African names that have meaning — ask me if he's African, and I'll tell you no. But he wants our daughter to have a name with meaning, so we'll see what happens. I don't know if I'm going to win the Smith battle, but all my children will be named Harris, so I just wanted to have my legacy live." We now know the possible name of Kourtney Kardashian's third child — well, sort of! The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and her partner Scott Disick are trying to determine a name for their second son and "Jeffrey Robert Disick" seems to be the name in the cards. According to Hollywood Life, Kourtney and Scott want to name their son in honor of his late grandfathers Robert Kardashian and Jeffrey Disick. "They really want to honor their fathers and have talked very strongly on "Jeffrey Robert." That would be the order the name would be presented," a source revealed to the site. "Scott really wants that more than Kourtney. Kourtney actually wants a more unique first name but may compromise and have Jeffrey as the middle name to make Scott happy as well," the source explains. That sounds just like Kourtney. After all, she did name her first two kids with unique names — Mason Dash Disick and Penelope Scotland Disick — so why would her third child get different treatment? "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" hits theaters this Wednesday, Dec. 17, and with the final installment of Peter Jackson's "Hobbit" trilogy — based on J.R.R Tolkien's book — set to blow audience's minds, star Martin Freeman hosted "Saturday Night Live" and delivered a performance for the ages. Joined by "Boom Clap" star and musical guest Charli XCX, Freeman's performance as Bilbo Baggins in "The Office: Middle Earth" has everybody talking. The Sony email hack has another victim, with Mark Cuban's salary for Shark Tank being revealed in a string of emails between Cuban, his lawyer and Sony Pictures Television president Steve Mosko. The Shark Tank judge and billionaire owner of NBA team Dallas Mavericks calls the planned salary "beyond an insult" and swear to negotiate "like any other deal I would do".
