Chiwetel Ejiofor is an easy Oscar contender thanks to his powerful performance in this year's 12 Years a Slave, so it might not come as a surprise that the actor was spotted waiting to meet with director J.J. Abrams at the Bad Robot offices. Thanks to the well-timed unrelated meeting with Britain's The Times reporter Rhys Blakely, we have an eyewitness placing Ejiofor in the waiting room of Abrams' offices. How Close Are We to a 'Deadpool' Movie?

According to a new interview with director Tim Miller, the Ryan Reynolds-starring Deadpool movie project is very much still going on. In fact, Miller revealed that a new script has been delivered by screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland, G.I. Joe Retaliation). 8-Minutes of 'Call of Duty: Ghosts' Co-Op Mode 'Extinction' Gameplay

Earlier this week, Activision released a special trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts and its new multiplayer co-op mode entitled "Extinction." This trailer introduced us to the new concept of alien invasion battle as opposed to the previous multiplayer mode in the franchise that was based around zombies. This is a step away from the whole zombie craze in video games, so we'll have to see how this affects gaming in the long run.
