Without ever having a match Zahra Schreiber has had more mainstream coverage than most of the WWE Divas on the roster. The first time she became a viral sensation was earlier this year when nude pictures of her now boyfriend and current WWE Champion, Seth Rollins, were leaked. This second time eyes were placed on her spelled the end of her career in WWE though. After making her debut at a house show as Solomon Crowe's sister, someone found old Instagram pictures of Schreiber's that showed Nazi swastikas. Since the WWE is in the midst of becoming a more progressive company, one where there's a Diva's revolution and a Mexican American wrestler is its current World Champion, Schreiber was released from the company. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar pretty much said Donald Trump is going to be a terrible President and there isn't more proof than how he has acted with the media spotlight on him. Abdul-Jabbar said that taking pride in bullying reporters and wanting to ship people out of the country is unbecoming of an American leader. He further claimed that it also, technically, goes against the 1st and 14th amendments. True to form, Trump fired back. Well, at least one particular host from The Five who doesn't know humanity's place on this planet's grand scheme of things thought it was a slam. Jimmy Superfly Snuka is a forefather of Samoan heritage in professional wrestling and is the main inspiration for WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley getting into the business. Today the bright lights of his legendship dimmed a bit when it came out that he has been charged with one count of third-degree murder and one count of involuntary manslaughter for the death of his girlfriend back in 1983. Ronda Rousey used the phrase #DNB during a promotional video for her UFC 190 fight. #DNB, short for "Do Nothing B*tch," is Rousey's phrase for women who rely on others to get what they want instead of going out and getting it by themselves. The champ came up with the term after hearing women make petty comments that her body looks masculine. Since Trump's meteoric rise in the Republican party, it only makes sense to ask the United States' former #2 man to comment about this non-politician's status during our country's most politically charged era. Not only is Paul Heyman one of the greatest bookers, promoters and ringside advocates of all-time, he's also one of the best color commentators. If you ask Jim Ross who his other favorite person to broadcast with is, Heyman will certainly be second to Jerry Lawler. Let's not forget he was at the helm of the greatest Wrestlemania main event between Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Rock at Wrestlemania 17. Republican candidate Ted Cruz is running full speed ahead on the evangelical train during his presidential bid. He's all about God, the fire and the brimstone. He's such an advocate for making sure the United States doesn't reach peak eternal damnation, he's willing to break federal law by sending out a sermon for pastors to read on Sundays. Back in March when Donald Trump's crusade for the presidency was in its infancy, he attempted to smear fellow Republican Ted Cruz by claiming he was born in Canada. "He was born in Canada, if you know, and when we all studied our history lessons, you're supposed to be born in this country, so I just don't know how the courts would rule on it," Trump said. Only a few months removed from this statement and it looks like both Trump and Cruz are the best of friends. At least that is what Trump is saying. On Wednesday the Federal Trade Commission shut down the alleged pyramid scheme Vemma Nutrition for promising college students they'd get rich for selling their drink. Much like the AMWAY knife scam from the old days, most people ended up losing their money. The worst part about this is while these kids were hit in the wallet, Vemma earned more than $200 million a year in both 2013 and 2014. Sasha Banks and Bayley had a hell of a Diva's Championship match last Saturday at the Barclay Center for NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. At one point, each Diva was dunked on their head. Now, the rumor mill is making the claim that Banks is injured from Bayley's reverse hurricanrana spot. Read More »
When Wade Barrett first showed the world his Bad News Barrett gimmick he went over with the crowd quick. His haughty verbal attacks on legends and anytime somebody wanted to have fun were ruined by Barrett getting on a 20-foot high podium and delivering the days bad news. Sadly a long injury leave slowed Barrett's momentum and now all signs are pointing to the former Intercontinental Champion being written off television.
