Legendary Beatles member Paul McCartney is pulling a page out of the Rolling Stones' "50 and Counting" tour book and adding more shows to his 2013 tour. It was just announced that McCartney will play at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on June 8 and 10 as a part of his "Out There" tour. This will be McCartney's first performance at the Barclays Center since it opened in September 2012. Since opening September 21, 2012, Brooklyn's Barclays Center has hosted a number of huge events outside of it's usual gig as the home of the Brooklyn Nets. Jay-Z opened up the arena with a string of concerts, then a number of big performers visited the Barclays Center such as the Rolling Stones and Barbara Streisand. In addition, Beyonce and Rihanna have concerts scheduled in the summer of 2013. However, another major event will be taking place in Brooklyn this year.
