Keith Urban is not going to be happy about this one. While performing in Mansfield, Massachusetts, 46 people were treated in regards to alcohol related illness, while Urban sang at the Xfinity Center during his Raise ‘Em Up Tour. While most of the concertgoers were treated on site, 22 had to be taken to the hospital to be treated for their intoxication. Fox's long-running singing competition American Idol received some new blood last year at the judges' table in the forms of Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. The network announced Monday that the trio would be back for Season 14.
