Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger are officially over. On Monday afternoon, E! reported that Cyrus and Schwarzenegger decided to "take a break" from their relationship, according to "multiple sources" exclusive to the site. As of Monday night, however, new information surfaced that suggests a more permanent split for Cyrus and Schwarzenegger.
