"Daredevil" debuts on Netflix and for comic book fans, it's sort of like Christmas if Christmas came once every 13 years and Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner decided to take over as Mr. and Mrs. Claus one year. Coming into its first day on the net, "Daredevil" already has a special feel to it because rarely do Netflix originals get any hype unless it's to promote a second season. Following word that comedian Ricky Gervais and actor Eric Bana were teaming up for a comedy film title Special Correspondents, it's now being reported that the film will be picked up by the fine folks over at Netflix. The online streaming service is of course no stranger to Gervais, as they are the home for his latest series Derek, which aired its finale special back in Dec. 2014. The Hollywood Reporter notes that Special Correspondents will premiere sometime next year on Netflix.
