Finally, after weeks of rumors and hints towards a major 2013 North American tour, the Rolling Stones have announced their 2013 tour plans. The legendary rock band has been on everyone's minds since their 50th anniversary concerts in New York, New Jersey, and London late in 2012. Morrissey has cancelled another performance, but this time it isn't because he has a problem with the food selection. The 53-year-old former Smith's singer has double pneumonia that caused him to cancel a show last week in San Francisco and again tonight (March 14) in Mexico City for the opening night of the Vive Latino Festival.
