Well, the 87th annual Oscars aired earlier tonight. The 2014 Academy Awards ceremony had a special segment dedicated to movie heroes throughout the history of film, but there was one part of this bit that was, for some reason, cut. Apparently "Batkid," the 5-year-old boy named Miles Scott who became famous through his Make-a-Wish foundation spectacle in San Francisco, was supposed to show up and be deemed an official hero. John Travolta was a special presenter at this weekend's 86th annual Academy Awards ceremony, where he was asked to come out on stage and introduce Idina Menzel for her performance of "Let It Go" from Disney's Frozen. This song took home the Oscar for best original song and Menzel's performance was one for the ages, but all we can really remember is how Travolta butchered Idina's name during his introduction.
