Before today's "May the Fourth be with You" celebration kicked off, the Fantastic Four reboot and Chronicle filmmaker was dropped from the highly anticipated project, which would follow Gareth Edwards' 2016 movie Star Wars: Rogue One in this new standalone series from Disney and Lucasfilm. In a shareholders call this week, Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed some huge news concerning the next two chapters of the Star Wars universe. We learned that the first spin-off, standalone movie project in the Lucasfilm franchise officially has a name and a star! Academy Award nominee Felicity Jones will star in director Gareth Edwards' Star Wars: Rogue One. Iger also announced that Star Wars: Episode VIII, the sequel to J.J.
