Proving that he wasn't just a stalwart on the field but a hero off it too, the 325+ pound Wilfork lent a hand in rescuing a woman from a car crash, lifting her from her upturned car just before 1am on Monday morning. Denver Broncos defensive tackle Terrance 'Pot Roast' Knighton guaranteed that his team would win this year's NFL Super Bowl, and has taken shots at AFC rivals the New England Patriots in the process. After Peyton Manning and his Broncos clinched the AFC West title by beating the San Diego Chargers, Knighton claimed the Broncos will be "hoisting that trophy" and he doesn't "give a f-k who they play!"
