Many planets are yet to be seen in the galaxy far, far way of the "Star Wars" universe. In the upcoming "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," a new planet will be seen, which also happens to be the homeworld of Han Solo.

As reported by the Daily Express, the funeral of Harrison Ford's character Han Solo on "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" will take place on the planet Corellia. The place is described as an ancient-looking city, while the scene itself will include people wearing black robes at a procession, followed by a feast of sorts in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi".

Before this scheduled scene in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," Corellia was only mentioned once in the original 1977 "Star Wars: A New Hope" film. It was also part of "The Corellian Trilogy," a 1995 book that is now part of the "Star Wars Legends" line. The scene could also be used to establish the planet for the "Han Solo" spinoff title to be released in 2018.

Aside from "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," another official "Star Wars" title is making a change to an already established story arc. In the episode "Twin Suns" for the "Star Wars: Rebels" animated series, Darth Maul finds Obi-Wan Kenobi on the desert planet of Tatooine and settles the score once and for all. As the former Sith Lord breathes his last, Screen Rant reported that he asked the aging Jedi if "he" is the "Chosen One," to which Kenobi confirms.

This "he" of course refers to Luke Skywalker, son of Anakin Skywalker who was referred to as the "Chosen One" in the prequel trilogy, as well as the Jedi Master that trains Rey in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi." The revelation not only challenges the backstory of Anakin, it may also affect the course of "Star Wars: The Last Jedi."

"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is set to premiere in December 2017.
