‘Shadowhunters’ Season 2 Episode 11: Where To Watch & Things You Probably Missed

"Shadowhunters" Season 2 Episode 11 brought new faces, twists and turns and new revelations. A lot happened that may have been missed, so below are some of the highlights in the episode titled "Mea Maxima Culpa."

Fans who have yet to watch the "Shadowhunters" Season 2 Episode 11 can watch it on its official page on Freeform. "Mea Maxima Culpa" is also available in several online streaming sites including Sidereel.

The "Shadowhunters" Season 2 Episode 11 saw the Downworlders and the Shadowhunters pick up the pieces after the Soul Sword attack on the New York Institute. Clary, Jace, Simon, Alec and Lizzie immediately ventured on a new mission to vanquish the Greater Demon Azazel, who is also in search of the Mortal Cup.

The "Shadowhunters" Season 2 Episode 11 also introduced Sebastian Verlac, whose arrival at The Institute helped Lizzie overcome her addiction to yin fen. His knowledge about Greater Demons also helped the Shadowhunters in their quest to defeat Azazel. Sebastian immediately connected with Clary and eventually with the rest of the team after he gained their trust.

Meanwhile, some other interesting and notable revelations also happened in the "Shadowhunters" Season 2 Episode 11. Fansided listed a couple, which includes Jace's ability to activate his runes without the use of his weapon and Valentine's odd behavior.

Apparently, Jace no longer needs his stele to activate runes. A scene in the "Shadowhunters" Season 2 Episode 11 showed him specifically activate the Strength rune. Expect to see Jace become more powerful in the upcoming episodes.

Meanwhile, the "Shadowhunters" Season 2 Episode 11 saw Valentine ask for help, which is surprising. He did not seem himself after Azazel placed his hands on his head after he had done the same on Magnus. Perhaps Azazel did something to both men, which would explain why Magnus walked with a limp and Valentine had his mouth covered. Interestingly, the trailer for Episode 12 revealed that Azazel had switched their places.
