Nowadays, it seems like a major music release leaking is inevitable. This summer, it's happened to Kanye West ("Yeezus"), Ariana Grande ("Yours Truly"), One Direction ("Best Song Ever") and Lady Gaga ("Applause"). Now, Drake's latest record has hit the Internet early. "Nothing Was The Same," the third studio album from the "Versace" rapper has hit the Internet.

"Nothing Was The Same" leaked last night (Sept. 15), popping up on social media sites, most notably Twitter, where download links for the new album are prevelant. The leak happened nine days before the new release date for "Nothing Was The Same." Originally due out on Sept. 17, the album was pushed back to Sept. 24, so that Drake could put small finishing touches on the record. Drizzy announced the new album release date on Aug. 22.

Twitter reaction to the new album and its leak has largely been positive, but his fans are still dedicated to buying the album when it's officially released next week.

"Still buying Nothing Was The Same, Drake put his heart and soul in this album," wrote @allenbruh. @OfficialCPrince agreed, writing "Nothing Was The Same leaked and I ain't downloading...I'll appreciate Drake's work more when I buy it SEPT 24th!"

As of press time, neither Drake nor his label OVO Sound have commented on the leak.
