Since welcoming daughter Charlotte Sept. 26, the former first daughter took to her first red carpet and looked amazing at Glamour's 2014 Women of the Year Awards in New York City Monday, Nov. 10.

Hubby Marc Mezvinsky joined his cheerful wife on the red carpet as the two held hands and sneaked a kiss to his wife and new baby mama.

"This is my first night out," Clinton said in a speech to the event's crowd. "I had started to wonder if I'd ever wear a nice dress or high-heeled shoes again or have adult conversations!"

Clinton was honored at the Glamour event alongside Lupita Nyong'o, Robin Roberts, Mindy Kaling and Laverne Cox.

"I've spent most of the 6 1/2 weeks of Charlotte's life ... at peace with the present and [with] anxiety about the future," Clinton added in her speech. "Because I want her to grow up to be whatever she dreams to be and do whatever she chooses, and that's not the world we live in today."

As Mstars News reported, the vice chairwoman of The Clinton Foundation and hubby welcomed their daughter Friday, Sept. 26, as the two made the much-anticipated announcement via Clinton's Twitter:

"Marc and I are full of love, awe and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our daughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky."

Bill and Hillary Clinton were right alongside their daughter, taking adorable pictures of their new little granddaughter!

"Charlotte, you're grandmother @HillaryClinton and I couldn't be happier!" the former 42nd president of the United States tweeted.

Hillary's purpose of attending the event was to tell the audience that she wanted to concentrate her efforts on the Clinton Foundation and include more efforts to help women's rights.
