Jim lets loose Falcone, who warns of a civil war and needs two days to regroup his men. Jim calls Bullock, who's reluctant to help him. Handcuffed to a radiator, Penguin tells Jim he owns him a favor. Jim has a standoff with Commissioner Loeb before he starts shooting the gangsters.

Lesile breks a miroor, grabs a piece of glass, and fights Barbara. Jim arrives after Lesile knocks out Barbar unconscious. On the rooftop, Penguin and Fish fight to the death. Butch points the gun at them and shoot them both. Penguin knocks out Fish  as he pushes her over the roof.

After Fish drops into the water, Penguin screams he is the king of Gotham.  Kringle shows Nygma (Corey Michael Smith) the confession note and walks away.  Snapping out of his mind, Nygma realizes he has to get rid of her.

Falcone tells Jim the city needs a strong lawman now and hands over the knife, which used to belong to Jim's father. In an empty living room, Bruce makes a connection to his father, finds a remote control, and presses the button, which opens the future Batcave.
