Earlier this month a new movie based on the life and death of John Belushi was announced with director Steve Conrad attached to the project. About a week after this announcement, Emile Hirsch was cast in the lead role of the biopic and now it has moved into pre-production. It's rare that there are any big surprises when the box office results come out every weekend. Now a days the entertainment industry is very good at forecasting how various movies will do at the box office before the movies even come out. However, once in a while you get a box office surprise, which may be what you could call "The Best Man Holiday." The movie is the first big holiday movie of the season and has garnered quite a bit of press, but I don't think anyone expected it to do as well as it's projected from early box office results. As of now, Deadline is calling the movie Pan and filmmaker Joe Wright (Pride and Prejudice, Atonement, Hanna) is in talks to direct the film. Justin Bieber has been teasing the release of his new concert documentary Believe for weeks now. Along with his Music Mondays campaign, Bieber has been running Film Fridays, wherein he's showed off little clips from the movie when his songs perform well on the iTunes charts.
