Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has just signed on to star in Not Without Hope, a movie based on the memoir of former NFL player Nick Schuyler. This story recounts the harrowing time Schuyler, his best friend Will Bleakley, and fellow NFL stars Marquis Cooper and Corey Smith were stranded at sea for four days. Johnson will portray Schuyler. After years of development and filming, we have our first look at director Darren Aronofsky's epic film Noah, based on one of the biggest biblical stories known the world over. The film stars Russell Crowe as the title character alongside Jennifer Connelly as his wife. Ray Winstone plays the film's antagonist and Emma Watson is also a supporting actor for this epic. Samuel L. Jackson is one of the biggest names in Hollywood, but it turns out even he has trouble getting certain parts in certain films. To be fair, this time he's asking for a former character of his to pretty much come back from the dead. We're talking about Star Wars Episode VII of course and Jackson wants to light up his purple lightsaber again as Mace Windu (who was apparently killed off in Revenge of the Sith). After an exciting box office weekend with the release of Thor: The Dark World last week, it looks like we've calmed down quite a bit in terms of new releases. According to a report from The Wrap, multiple sources close to Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World movie project claim that Parks and Recreation funnyman Chris Pratt is being sought for the lead role of the dinosaur film. In keeping with this tradition, the plot of Anderson's new short, Castello Cavalcanti, involves Jason Schwartzman, discovering his ancestors in Molte Miglia, Italy.
