Denver Nuggets center Timofey Mozgov has been traded to LeBron James's Cleveland Cavaliers for two first round draft picks (from the Oklahoma City Thunder and Memphis Grizzlies that are both lottery protected). The struggling Cavs now have the big man to replace the unsurprisingly injured starting center Anderson Varajeo (who has played three full NBA season in his 10-year career) as the terrifying-looking 7' 1" Russian will reunite with Cavs coach and former Russian national team coach David Blatt. Jameis Florida State University quarterback Jamies Winston is entering the 2015 NFL Draft. Winston - whose 3rd-ranked FSU Seminoles lost their College Football Playoff semi-final in the Rose Bowl to Marcus Mariota and the Oregon Ducks on New Year's Day - is widely tipped to be the second overall selection in the 2015 NFL draft, behind Heisman Trophy winner Mariota. St Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke has a plan to build a new NFL stadium in Los Angeles, which means he could be planning to move his franchise to 2nd biggest market in the country as early as 2016. Kroenke - who also owns NBA team the Denver Nuggets as well as NHL franchise the Colorado Avalanche and the Colorado Rapids of the MLS - has a site in Inglewood, California next to The Forum and Hollywood Park, and now has a plan for an 80,000 seat NFL stadium, as well as 6,000 capacity performance venue on Hollywood Park, which up until 2013, was a famed racetrack.
