NCAA schools are taking a more relaxed approach when it comes to enforcing penalties for students' use of marijuana. According to an investigation by the Associated Press, at least one-third of the Power Five conference schools (Big 12, Big Ten, Pac-12, ACC, SEC) are not punishing athletes as toughly as they used to for positive marijuana tests, and other so-called recreational drugs. On Tuesday, Clemson University sent home three of it's football palyers for violating team rules (according to reports, they were sent home for failing drug tests). The decision comes just two days before the number 1 ranked Tigers' take on Oklahoma in College Football's Playoff semifinal. Deon Cain, a key wide receiver, is among the three along with Kicker Ammon Lakip and tight end Jay Jay McCullough.
