John Travolta Breaks Silence on 'Going Clear' Scientology Documentary

If you've seen HBO's Going Clear documentary about Scientology then you already know that a certain portion was dedicated to actor John Travolta, who has been in the religion for quite some time. The actor, who has faced gay rumors of being a closeted homosexual in the past, has always spoken brightly about the famed L. Ron Hubbard group, and after the release of Going Clear, people were clamoring for some sort of comment. And well, now they've got it. Travolta has officially broken his silence on the film. And despite all the negative experiences depicted in it, he claims that it's been "nothing but brilliant" to him. According to Gossip Cop, Travolta recently did an interview with the Tampa Bay Times and noted that "it wouldn't make sense" for him or Tom Cruise – another famous, if not the most famous scientologist out there – to join the critics of the film.
