Michael Lohan turned himself in to police early Monday morning and was booked for battery. Lindsay Lohan's 55-year-old father is accused of choking and slapping estranged wife Kate Major, as well as slapping their son. Major reportedly took a video as evidence to have Lohan arrested for battery. The 55-year-old is accused of choking Kate Major in October and slapping their son in the face.Major taped the incident, and that police used the footage to charge Michael Lohan with battery. Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence took a recent jab at Mean Girls, as well as notorious party girl, Lindsay Lohan. While appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the 25-year old Joy actress hurled the insult as she discussed getting ill on that set. "I'm a puker. I'm a big-time puker. I think I have, like, nervous...I think that I don't stop working, because I'm a show pony. I don't have a choice. So, I just keep going, I think, until eventually my body's just like, 'If we don't make her barf or pass out, she won't stop,'" she said before adding "I get, like, Lindsay Lohan grade exhaustion, but without any drugs or alcohol. The Guardian reports that the west London home of entertainer Rita Ora was broken into a week before her fellow X-Factor judge Simon Cowell was also burglarized. The thieves took cash, jewelry and assorted electronics equipment. As the 25-year old musician lives within three miles of Cowell, police believe the same gang of crooks may be responsible for both crimes as well as other unsolved neighborhood robberies. Read More »

Once again, she raised controversy by swerving passed jail time and landing the type of punishment some would consider a slap on the wrist. The stay's actually for a pretty rare disease.
