On Tuesday, funny-man Louis C.K. launched what was originally supposed to be a six-city, 12-show standup comedy tour in Baltimore. Louis C.K. recently signed an overall deal with FX to produce and develop a collection of new series for the network under his production company, Pig Newton, and partnering with Louie producer Blair Breard.
