Chicago Bulls' NBA Legends Feuding

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 24, 2014 03:00 PM EDT

The Chicago Bulls had one of the greatest teams to ever grace the NBA, but their legends aren't enjoying life quite as much right now, well unless your name is Michael Jordan. Carmen Electra is still being chased by former husband Dennis Rodman, while Olden Polynice has insisted he'd of helped the Bulls to more NBA championships that Scottie Pippen ever did. Are these former stars bored with their lives, or is there merely too much information revealed to the public in the modern day? Was trading Pippen for Polynice the correct move? Read More »

Blake Griffin Facing Jail Time?

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 22, 2014 01:37 PM EDT

Blake Griffin has for a long while been seen as fundamental to the Los Angeles Clippers and their NBA championship dreams that they harbour, but that might soon change. The Clippers' center was recently out partying in a night club, with recent allegations emrging, suggesting that he assaulted a 39-year-old man over a cell phone. Now rumours are suggesting the Clippers are fed up of his attitude, and if he avoids a jail sentence, they may just trade him, and quite possibly for Rajon Rondo of the Boston Celtics, or another equally big-named player. Chris Paul, Blake Griffin Toughen Up Los Angles Clippers' Rookies Ahead Of 2014/15 NBA Season

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 20, 2014 12:52 PM EDT

The Los Angles Clippers are a heavy favourite to win the NBA championship in the 2014/15 season, and it seems they're readying their rookies with some harmless hazing. Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and many other Clippers stars took rookie C.J. Wilcox to a night club, and they forced him to dance while the majority of their roster watched on, laughing at him. He might well of felt alone for that minute, but the Clippers evidently believe that bonding will bring them together on the court, which could better their title chances. Read More »

LBJ better than MJ?

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 19, 2014 12:19 PM EDT

Since the day LeBron James entered the NBA with the Cleveland Cavaliers, he was quickly compared to Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan, and that's a comparison that has failed to fade away, and it seems James wants it that way. Not only that, but the "King" wants to replace him in every possible way. Jordan is considered the greatest player in the game by most fans, but James isn't far off, and he has time on his side. Now that he has left the Miami Heat and returned to the Cavaliers, is the 2014-15 season the one in which he finally replaces Jordan as the king of the record books? Read More »

Tristan Thompson Shows Up The Cleveland Cavaliers

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 19, 2014 12:02 PM EDT

A year ago Tristan Thompson and Dion Waiters were seen as talented youngsters who were helping the Cleveland Cavaliers with their NBA rebuilding efforts. But this season, with Kevin Love, LeBron James and Kyrie Irving in town, could they take a backseat? Thompson had a terrific preseason outing against the Dallas Mavericks, yet he messed up a goodbye kiss with a female reporter, raising the question: Will he help the Cavaliers this season, or will simple on-court mistakes get in the way of their title dreams? Blake Griffin Talks "Weird Uncle" Donald Sterling

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 17, 2014 04:16 PM EDT

Blake Griffin and Chris Paul are two of the biggest superstars in the NBA, but now they're hoping to put their past behind them, showing they can move on from the Donald Sterling racism saga, winning an NBA championship in the process. The pair have the ability to do so, and Griffin seems delighted that his 'weird uncle' has left their beloved Los Angeles Clippers team. Can the snazzy point guard and his big-man center lead them to glory? Read More »

Kevin Love Wants NBA Glory

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 16, 2014 11:40 AM EDT

Kevin Love has been slated by Chris Bosh, and even his former team, the Minnesota Timberwolves, but he's taken to his new team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, like a duck takes to water, and to him that's all that matters. The NBA star will play alongside fellow Cavs, LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, Dion Waiters and Tristan Thompson this season, and he insists he's happy to avoid the spotlight if it means they win games, and possibly titles. So far the Cavaliers are 4-0 in preseason, and they've barely got out of second gear, so one can wonder, now the Cavaliers have Love, and a good team spirit, will it take them far in to the 2014/15 NBA season? LeBron James, Dion Waiters, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love: New NBA TV Deal Could See Cavaliers Land New Superstar

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 07, 2014 10:42 AM EDT

Basketball is a funny game, isn't it? Not long ago, the Cleveland Cavaliers were the laughing stock of the NBA, but now things couldn't be more different. Their starting line-up will include Dion Waiters, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love and LeBron James, and the last two have made their preseason debut for the Cavs. With a new, huge NBA television deal coming next summer, the Cavaliers can restructure contracts and land a fourth superstar to help their team in their pursuit of an NBA championship — but could shooting guard Waiters soon change those plans as he prepares to be the key piece of their roster? Carmelo Anthony Hits Out At Rivals

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 02, 2014 01:10 PM EDT

Carmelo Anthony has yet to win an NBA championship, and last season he failed to make the playoffs with the New York Knicks. It seems that's holding him back, at least in his mind anyway. The star has been one of the best in the game for years, yet he is often forgotten about, with Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and LeBron James receiving far more praise than he does. He is a seven-time All-Star, and he is often a top scorer in the league, yet he doesn't feel like he's respected enough and he's hit out at everyone in the process of explaining why. Read More »

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver Strangely Supports Roger Goodell

By Kenneth Brown | Sep 18, 2014 09:27 AM EDT

It has not been a good time for the NFL or its commissioner Roger Goodell as of late, but it seems that he has the NBA and Adam Silver's support and backing. While Silver has been constantly praised recently, especially for his handling of the Donald Sterling case, Goodell has had the exact opposite, receiving negative comments for a long, long while. However, Silver believes Goodell is doing a "great" job after all, despite recent criticism over Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson and their abuse cases. Read More »

Dion Waiters The MVP?

By Kenneth Brown | Sep 18, 2014 09:25 AM EDT

The 2014/15 NBA season is a matter of weeks away, and all of a sudden the Cleveland Cavaliers have gone from the basement, to being the team to beat. What an offseason they had, resigning Kyrie Irving, bringing LeBron James back and trading to land Kevin Love. Of course this trio will be enough to frighten the life out of any NBA team, but the NBA should keep their eyes on the Cavaliers young guard, Dion Waiters, who, as strange as it sounds, might just become their MVP this season. NBA Legends In Feud

By Kenneth Brown | Sep 05, 2014 04:23 PM EDT

Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley are two of the greatest players to ever grace the NBA, but they just don't get on. Barkley has had his say, explaining why the two legends have a celebrity feud, and why they can only respect one another's basketball ability, but not each other. The Chicago Bulls star was considered the greatest of all-time, but it seems Barkley thinks other wise. Yet again, this poses the question: Which star had the better career, and which was the better player? Read More »

NBA Stars Face Israel & Gaza Trip Cancellation

By Kenneth Brown | Aug 06, 2014 06:11 PM EDT

NBA stars like Russell Westbrook, Derrick Rose, Amare Stoudemire and the retired Magic Johnson are used to getting what they want, but not this time. The superstars were going to visit Israel to support Amare's co-owned basketball team, but the trip has been cancelled due to the Gaza conflict. They planned to visit in September, but sadly they will not be able to do that now. The stars will have to focus on their teams, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Chicago Bulls and the New York Knicks and their upcoming 2014/15 NBA season instead. Read More »
