TMZ reports that songstress Ciara is currently being sued by the popular West Hollywood gay bar "The Factory" for bailing on a $10,000 appearance deal. Apparently Ciara backed-out of the event (scheduled for Friday, June 7) just one day before the main L.A. pride week celebration... the 2013 L.A Pride parade. Kanye West is being sued - and it has nothing to do with future baby mama, Kim Kardashian. Apparently, part of West's hit 2005 tune "Gold Digger" samples David Pryor's obscure 1974 song "Bumpin' Bus Stop," and Pryor's kids want some of the rapper's profits. Reports confirm that Alfredo Marino is currently suing rapper Lil Wayne (as well as his Young Money Entertainment label and Trukfit clothing line) for an alleged "skateboard attack" which took place on the streets of L.A. last year. Although Young Money wasn't the actual attacker, Marino claims that the individual that bashed him in the head with a skateboard was part of Lil Wayne's crew, so the "Lollipop" singer is ultimately responsible. According to reports, the Biebs' former bodyguard (Moshe Benabou) is currently suing the "Boyfriend" crooner for a whopping $421,261 in unpaid wages and unspecified damages.
