After an incredible run as the main antagonist on AMC's The Walking Dead, actor David Morrissey has just signed on for a three-part series from BBC entitled The Driver. Known to most as The Governor, it would appear that Morrissey has already nabbed a big role after being written off the popular zombie drama (even if there are rumors about him returning in some way). Fans of The Walking Dead graphic novel series by Robert Kirkman might know this, but the creator originally sold his comic to publishers by adding an alien invasion element to the story. Frank Darabont was fired as executive producer of AMC's hit series The Walking Dead in 2011. This was after taking about 5 years to bring the show to television, having that show become the number one watched show on AMC against other hits Mad Men and Breaking Bad, and basically having a hand in everything that the show was doing. Season 4 of AMC's hit zombie drama The Walking Dead premiered this week and it definitely was a crowd pleaser. One of the standout moments however came from the under-appreciated character of Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) reacting to the death of her boyfriend, Zach.
