It has been the biggest of big years for "The Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon, having taken over NBC's flagship late night show from Jay Leno in February, spending 2014 interviewing almost every celebrity under the sun — from Bradley Cooper to Barbra Streisand — and then putting most of them in exceptionally funny situations and challenges. And now he has got an impressive accolade to top it off: "Entertainment Weekly's" 2014 Entertainer of the Year. That's according to "EW," which has named "Saturday Night Live"-alum Fallon its Entertainer of the Year and has the late night host on the cover of this week's magazine. With it comes a substantial feature interview with Jimmy Fallon, with plenty of examination as to how the married 40-year-old father of one has taken over the entertainment biz. In the highest praise possible, "EW" says that since taking over the "The Tonight Show," Fallon "turned the revered late-night franchise into the hottest party in town, a celebrity playpen full of games, music, surprise guests, games and good vibes all around." The former NFL player has made a career out of showing off his masculinity and intimidating exterior. Jessica Biel and husband Justin Timberlake have been keeping pretty quiet about their first child, which is surely on its way. It looks like Will Ferrell is going Shakespeare! Well, at least, for a little bit. The funnyman actor has been tied to a new project with Mosaic, one that has now been purchased by Sony, the very same company who partnered with Ferrell on the likes of Step Brothers, The Other Guys and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, has reportedly purchased the project and will oversee production and distribution. It’s finally here… comedian Bill Burr’s new stand up special! While it doesn’t come out in full on Netflix until this Friday, Dec 5, the streaming service has released a trailer for the newest comedy airing, titled I’m Sorry You Feel That Way. And as we imagined, it looks hilarious. Burr is quickly finding himself a home at Netflix, which not only houses the new special but also a program the Breaking Bad actor is creating alongside The Simpsons writer Michael Price titled F Is For Family. Episode 4 of HBO's The Comeback aired earlier tonight. Inside the story, we saw just what happens when Valerie Cherish (Lisa Kudrow) brings her work home with her. And boy it is not pretty! In "Valerie Saves The Show," Cherish offers up her house after hearing that her home-life-scenes have been cut from Seeing Red. Kicking off with the actress discussing the problem with the Seeing Red line producer, we then quickly jump to her husband Mark Berman (Damian Young) hearing the news.
