It has been the biggest of big years for "The Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon, having taken over NBC's flagship late night show from Jay Leno in February, spending 2014 interviewing almost every celebrity under the sun — from Bradley Cooper to Barbra Streisand — and then putting most of them in exceptionally funny situations and challenges. And now he has got an impressive accolade to top it off: "Entertainment Weekly's" 2014 Entertainer of the Year. That's according to "EW," which has named "Saturday Night Live"-alum Fallon its Entertainer of the Year and has the late night host on the cover of this week's magazine. With it comes a substantial feature interview with Jimmy Fallon, with plenty of examination as to how the married 40-year-old father of one has taken over the entertainment biz. In the highest praise possible, "EW" says that since taking over the "The Tonight Show," Fallon "turned the revered late-night franchise into the hottest party in town, a celebrity playpen full of games, music, surprise guests, games and good vibes all around." The former NFL player has made a career out of showing off his masculinity and intimidating exterior. But, shockingly enough, the actor is quite keen and interested in feminism, which is why he not only released a book titled Manhood: How To Be A Better Man––Or Just Live With One back in May of this year, but also acted as the keynote speaker for the 2014 What Makes A Man conference, which discusses masculinity and the endless possibilities for manhood. If you’re looking for over eight minutes of awkward then look no further than the below video featuring comedian Jerry Seinfeld, YouTube personality Miranda Sings, Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon and Mulaney’s Martin Short playing a game of Pictionary on Fallon’s NBC show. However, seeing as it comes just as Seinfeld’s newest episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee – which houses Sings as guest – dropped last week, it seems to make sense. So, we’ll take the weirdness… Read More »

As we watch Lisa Kudrow’s Valerie Cherish continues to forge onward, hoping for the project of her dreams, she still has to head home at the end of the day and have a life outside of Hollywood – yes, there are such things.
