The Purge was one of the biggest movie successes of 2013, so naturally Hollywood is aching to get a sequel to this horror film made and released as soon as possible. That's why The Purge 2 is set to hit theaters on June 20, 2014, with a whole new cast and similar story to the original film. Earlier this week, we reported that Breaking Bad star Jesse Plemons is the latest actor rumored to be auditioning for a role in the upcoming J.J. Abrams film, Star Wars Episode VII. New reports have added a few other big names to that list including Michael Fassbender and Hugo Weaving. Girls star Adam Driver is also another new name rumored for a role. Now sources are claiming that these new names are the latest batch of actors called in for auditions after an earlier script for the film (written by Michael Arndt) was thrown out and a new scripts (written by Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan) was drafted. According to some credible reports, Quentin Tarantino is titling his latest script The Hateful Eight. This would be the follow-up to his Oscar-winning Django Unchained, and keeping in the vein of the Western style movie.
