Towards the end of 2013, it was revealed that Lawrence Kasdan, the writer of The Empire Strikes Back, would be taking over writing the script for 2015's Star Wars Episode VII alongside director J.J. Abrams. On top of this position, a new report claims that Kasdan is also penning a Boba Fett standalone film for the newly rebooted Star Wars film universe. After building plenty of hype throughout most of 2013, the Veronica Mars movie has finally released a trailer right at the beginning of 2014. The film hits theaters on March 14, reuniting your favorite young detective with her friends and foes in a new story that will surely please fans. Hopefully the fans are pleased because this project was financed through a KickStarter campaign, and the goal was reached thanks to the fans of the popular show.
