Actress Lisa Robin Kelly, Eric Forman's "sleazy" older sister on the hit comedy sitcom "That 70s Show," was recently arrested in North Carolina... again. According to a TMZ report, the 42-year-old actress was arrested for assaulting her 61-year-old husband at their home on Monday, Nov. 26. The police report alleges that the couple got into a heated argument which elevated to a domestic violence case, where both individuals were ultimately charged and arrested. This is not Kelly's first run-in with the law - just in March, she was charged with a felony involving corporal injury upon a spouse (with former boyfriend and roommate, John Michas). Read More »

According to reports, two men were shot Monday morning (Nov. 26) in Chicago's South Side while attending a funeral service for 32-year-old James Holman, an alleged gang member who recently died during a violent gang-related shooting. Law enforcement allege that the two shootings - which resulted in the death of 21-year-old Sherman Miller and leaving another victim in extremely critical condition - were most likely retaliation gunfire from other gang members "paying respect" to Holman. Such bloodshed is just another unfortunate example of a violent, gang-related event which has impacted the city of Chicago over the past few years. Read More »
The popular American news/entertainment satire organization "The Onion" recently deemed the Supreme Leader of North Korea Kim Jong Un as the newspaper's "Sexiest Man Alive" for 2012. Yes, the award is a spoof, but the leading Chinese Communist publication "The People's Daily" sure didn't think so. Not only did the popular Communist Party of China website report on Jong Un's achievement, the article posted early on Tuesday (Nov. 27) completely reveled in it. Along with quoting "flattering" statements from the original "Onion" article, "The People's Daily" posted a 55-page photo gallery of Jong Un at some of his finest moments. Read More »
Check out pop star Demi Lovato's new and extravagant "flock of birds" arm tattoo, designed and executed by the popular "L.A. Ink" tattoo artists Kat Von D. The "X-Factor" judge flaunted her new ink on Twitter on Monday (Nov. 26) - a flock of 12 solid black birds flying up her left arm surrounded by the word "faith" written out in cursive by the 20-year-old's elbow. Fox News anchor Jon Scott abruptly ended an interview early with author Thomas Ricks after the former Pulitzer Prize winning reporter blatantly criticized and attacked the network's apparent Republican leanings. Ricks openly accused Fox of hyping up the killings of four Americans in Banghazi, Libya back in September, lambasting the network for losing its journalistic integrity by "operating as a wing of the Republican Party." Dunkin' Donuts - the best coffee in America? Apparently not! The mega-popular donut and coffeehouse chain recently applied for the prestigious American trademark, and was promptly turned down by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In the explanation of its denial, the Office states, "It is well established that a mark that consists of the generic name of a food that is the specialty of the house or a principal attraction of the restaurant has been held merely descriptive of restaurant services." Now 13 years later, the Columbine survivor has attempted to move on from the tragedy, but currently faces foreclosure and is at risk of losing his Southern California home. According to the popular denim clothing line brand Guess, adorable 6-year-old Dannielynn Birkhead (daughter of the late model and infamous television personality Anna Nicole Smith) will be a fresh and prominent face for the company's new clothing campaign that's set to be launched sometime in January. While some critics argue that the delightful Birkhead is much too young to front a modeling campaign, her father Larry Birkhead insists that the recent Malibu photo shoot that his daughter participated in for the children's version of the famous fashion line was a one-time thing in tribute to her late mother, Smith. Larry claims that Anna Nicole Smith's connection with Guess is a very positive and iconic thing, and he wanted his daughter to experience her mother's legacy (but not become an actual model herself).
