A Reddit user simply referred to as AlphaF(later identified as 22-year-old Samantha Busch) attempted to send her mother into total panic mode when she posted a photo from the Grand Canyon where it looks like the jokester has frantically tripped and fallen over the edge of the massive cliffs. In reality, Busch was safely standing on a ledge beneath her and holding onto the rocks with a firm and steady grip - even so, the hilariously clever photo made its way onto the front page of the popular social news photo-sharing/networking site, becoming an instant viral hit. A playful, three-legged bear made an upscale housing community in Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina its very own playground over the summer, ravaging garbage cans and roaming around the private golf course of its own accord. Some homeowners in the area loved and protected the three-legged creature, treating him as their very own Yogi Bear - others were rather angry and disturbed by the cub's over-welcomed presence in their human environment. One family eventually had enough of over-turned garbage cans, and killed the bear in August. What did 41-year-old Floridian Melissa Miller tell law enforcement when she was pulled over on Tuesday (Nov. 20) for driving recklessly at 100 mph in a 30 mph zone - God told her do it. According to police reports, Miller was speeding down a residential street on U.S. 1 in Fort Pierce and manically honking her horn when officers eventually chased her down and pulled her over. Apparently, Miller was sent a divine message of guidance from the Man Upstairs himself to drive dangerously and erratically down the busy highway. A South American concert promoter in Guyana recently canceled a Chris Brown stadium show after local protests broke out over the R&B star's domestic abuse case involving pop princess Rihanna back in 2009. Brown was set to headline the Guyana venue on Dec. 26, but was forced to cancel after several women's rights groups and opposition lawyers took to the streets to avidly protest the 23-year-old "Don't Wake me Up" crooner. Although recent reports confirm that Brown and his former flame RiRi are actually trying to patch things up romantically, some people are still obviously fuming about his past domestic violence and assault which left the Barbadian beauty devastatingly battered and bruised. Deborah Raffin, a popular film and television actress who later went on to pioneer in the audiobook publishing industry, died after a tough battle with leukemia on Wednesday, Nov. 21, her brother William confirms. Raffin was diagnosed with the blood cancer just a year ago at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. She passed away at the age of 59. Read More »

What an exciting Thanksgiving for Hollywood starlet Halle Berry (and not exactly in a good way)! According to reports, Berry's ex-beau Gabriel Aubry got into a heated brawl with the 46-year-old's fiancé Olivier Martinez at the actress' Hollywood Hills mansion on Thursday morning (Nov. 22). Apparently a verbal confrontation led to a rather heated physical fight where Aubry ultimately suffered a broken rib, facial abrasions, and possible head injury while Martinez may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries. Aubrey was transported to a local hospital and promptly arrested following his release, while Martinez went to the emergency room of his own accord to attend to his personal battle wounds.
