According to reports, Ukrainian Olympic gold medalist and ice skating legend Oksana Baiul is suing the popular talent agency William Morris Endeavor, claiming that the company took advantage of her at a young age when she still had very poor English speaking skills. 35-year-old Baiul and her company Oksana Ltd allege that William Morris cheated her of earnings and trapped her into a series of misrepresented contracts when the ice skating starlet was just 16-years-old, and still didn't understand English very well. Baiul is seeking at least $1 million in damages for breach of contract, concealment, intentional misrepresentation, false promise, interference with prospective economic relations, and conversion among other charges. It looks like Prince William has some private, intimate photos of his own - but they aren't as scandalous as Kate Middleton's topless and bottomless vaca pictures! And this time around, the release of such personal images doesn't involve any sort of lawsuit or violation of privacy. In fact, the Duke of Cambridge posted these royal pictures on his own - a personal online photo diary chronicling "A Working Day in the Life of Flight Lieutenant Wales." William posted 10 new photos on his own revamped website from his stint as a lieutenant in the Royal Air Force. Such images feature William decked out in his flight lieutenant uniform, sipping tea, making his bed, and hanging out with his search and rescue crew (he also apparently enjoys playing Call of Duty!). Reports confirm that popular "Sports Illustrated" swimsuit model Kate Upton will star alongside R&B crooner Usher in a sexy and desirous Mercedes-Benz commercial which will debut during the 2013 Super Bowl game. The New York Post alleges that the 20-year-old blonde beauty will star as the "object of desire" in the 60-second luxury automobile ad that is described as "a tongue-in-cheek depiction of how far a person might - or might not - go to get their heart's desire." 15-year-old Jordyn Alexander Howe of Homestead, Florida was arrested on Tuesday (Nov. 20) for manslaughter and carrying a concealed firearm after he accidentally and fatally shot a 13-year-old girl by the name of Lourdes Guzman-DeJesus on board a school bus. Guzman-DeJesus was promptly airlifted to Miami Children's Hospital from the private charter school bus on Tuesday morning, but did not survive. It appears Howe brought the gun on the bus to "show off" to schoolmates, but the weapon ended up accidentally firing and hitting Guzman-DeJesus fatally in the neck. Read More »

Jackie Chan, a popular action film director and actor who has received recognition on both the Hong Kong Avenue of Stars and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, has announced that the highly-anticipated upcoming movie "Chinese Zodiac 2012" will be the 58 year-old stuntman's final action film. That's right, the "Rush Hour" star feels he is getting too old (and the world too violent) to continue exhibiting his own stunts and awesome martial arts skills. SNL didn't air their parody skit on famous restaurateur and television personality Guy Fieri (whose new NYC restaurant Guy's American Bar and Grill recently got some awesomely horrible reviews and critiques) on Saturday night's episode, but the video has since leaked online, and it's definitely worth a few good laughs! Police in NYC may have a potential serial killer on their hands - and many Brooklyn residents and shopkeepers are utterly terrified. Authorities are currently looking for a suspect that they strongly believe is connected to a string of recent shootings in the area - the man-in-question has gunned down three Brooklyn business owners since the summer. It is also believed that the suspect may have some bizarre fixation with the number 8, given that all the shops that he held at gunpoint had the number 8 somewhere in their addresses.
